There isn't an iris in the registry under the name Bella's Angel. Are you sure of the name and date (the registry only has information for iris up through 2010)? It's not in the Iris Encyclopedia either. The Encyclopedia is, in many cases, more up to date than the registry and it is free for anyone to use:

It also includes pictures of many (most?) varieties, especially the more recent introductions.
