I saw Maestro in a row in a field at Klehm's during the peony convention a couple years ago. I immediately fell in love with it. It's funny what different ones you might pick out of a catalog vs. a blooming field. I had my note pad all ready to go.
I also remember loving 'Pink Pom Pom' on the judging table. I bought it and it should bloom this year, very curious to compare the color Adelman's achieved compared to the midwest. The colors that come out the the Pacific Northwest Growers are so vivid and beautiful.
Your peonies are gorgeous Diann. You make me create another list.
Keep them coming.
