Plant Database Moderator I was one of the first 300 contributors to the plant database! Dog Lover Sempervivums Container Gardener Foliage Fan
They might be dormant, Hardy Hibiscus are slow to wake up. They are really small though. I got 4 or 5 from MJ co-op and they were monster. They are just starting to show growth. Any signs of life yet! i think they need lots of sun and warm temps. I put mine in large pots because I thought the soil would warm faster.
