It is a Bowling Ball,a really old one....hard rubber,black and teal marbleized,has a matte finish now,after being in the sun..I have a black and tan one too,and 6 more...LOL..these were free...not like a beautiful gazing ball,that are $$$....

love the cones,and poppies,I keep trying to start poppies,must notbe trying hard enough Green Grin!

great tip about the barky soil mix...makes great sense...I will keep that one
