All new plants go through the Daylilies moderator (Calif_Sue) so she approves or declines them all. This one may have come through some time ago through a robot that I have that visits sites and tries to find new varieties.

Anyone can click to delete the plant, but the action has to be approved by Sue before it will actually be deleted. And a plant can't be deleted until the photos are moved out to a different entry (or deleted altogether).
