Peggy ~ Would you be willing to try sowing them now? I had the same problem with regular sweet peas when sowing them in spring. They did horrid in late spring and gone the minute summer hit. The L. sativus does not get as tall as regular sweet peas.

Years ago, I sowed them in fall and had splendid results.
