Mine did the same thing Janet. Mine is in bloom right now, they are purple/blue, not the yellow. I was really hoping for the yellow. : (
I love it anyway. The regular Russel's Lupines are right behind the bush lupine, both are in bloom. I will try to remember to take a photo tomorrow. : )
I think of you every time I see it.
