I think this information should be added to the primary section, but it should not replace the information in the rose-specific section. In that section, bloom size is part of a cluster of information along with bloom shape and petal count. It would be odd to provide data on two of those up at the top and one of those down at the bottom, so bloom size should still be in the custom section.
