The first one definitely looks like evening primrose. I planted some seeds this spring and it is coming up just like that. I was advised to plant it away from everything or confined because it can be invasive. Mine is in an area where I'd love something to invade, if it can prosper in my "invasive area" at least it won't be a weed. It's a sunny but poor soil area and DRY so I welcome anything that can grow there, I don't have the time or energy to do anything with that area so I call it my invasive garden.
