As I hover waiting for the sedum morganianum to fully open, I find these other succulents also prepping up its 2012 blooms:

Anacampseros - though still crinkled from winter & from twice being repotted, once temps hits 90's and above, it went ahead with its blooms:

Graptoveria Fred Ives - it started the blooms early Spring, but I have repotted it to hanging baskets ...and it did not falter, continuing with its blooms:
