I agree with Sue that there's something wrong with the new bloom sizes. The numbers shouldn't be repeated. The present options probably should be replaced with the following:

Under 1"
1-2"
3-4"
5-6"
7-12"
13-18"
over 18"

And the last two options sound suspect anyway: Are there that many blooms that are that size? Maybe it would be best to follow 7-12" with over 12" and call it a day.
