Summer is making a short return right now around here.

Renanetia Sunrise 'Prasong' AM/AOS is opening one of two pretty spikes. This was a terrible looking plant when I bought it in Spring 2009. The leaves were crusted over with salts and the plant was bent. I just popped it at the time into a basket and hoped for the best.
But it started to bloom soon and the new leaves are growing out clean. This is another cute Neofinetia falcata hybrid ( x Renanthera imschootiana)
