P.S. I saw Char's lovely gallery posted above in 2021 after I wrote this. I haven't read the entire thread yet. I miss Juli @daylily too. We always loved visiting her garden and/or having lunch at a fun deli in Granville. She had the first smartphone I ever saw. She started showing us daylily photos on it, flipping through images, and I said "Wait! What are you doing? What is that?"πŸ˜„

I'd welcome reflections from any other fans of these forms !! Larry @seedfork, I didn't know you are working with these. Looks like you have a supportive climate πŸ‘πŸ»!
