Right- larger opening than typical soda or beer, and shorter stature, is good! And I think it's better if they are not filled too high up the neck, I like the water to have good surface area. Some of the taller skinnier jelly jars or olive jars are good. I saw cherries and peaches in little pot like jars. Had to have one of those.
Plant it and they will come.
