The only really big Colorado fire currently is up north of Denver near Fort Collins. It's about 1 1/2 hours north of Denver. It's at least 20,000 acres and was uncontrolled last I read. The smoke from this fire was blowing away from Denver yesterday and so far today. I was in Berthoud about 1/2 hour away from Fort Collins yesterday and the size of the smoke plume was incredible.

Denver also has quite a haze from the fires of New Mexico.
