You can chop the leaves that broke off. They will not recover. This plant naturally has what I call a floppy growth pattern, especially of grown in the house, where light may not be optimum. In order for these to really stay upright, especially once they gain size, they kind of need 360 degree all around even light. ALocasias of this type aren;t really that delicate, your plant will resprout new leaves from the crown even if you remove the ones that have been damaged.
