I think it contributes to those of mine that are blooming. The established ones aren't a problem. The ones that are blooming out are those bought late in the season and were often quite stressed/abused at the time. If I can get them to put out offsets, then they should be good for future years here since this is about the ideal climate for them, provided we don't get another 20 minute hail storm.
