Mike; I've seen this video b-4 and it left me with a question, suppose you intended to graft a white branch on to a red plant, do you think the leafs from the plant receiving the graft should be pulled off so more energy go's into the graft healing? Also, is it possible to hard prune (remove ALL the branches) leaving only the caudex and graft a few different colors on to the caudex. I followed that videos instructions except for the plastic covering, I figure it's humid enough here without it. Next Sunday I will be taking the tape off and see if I was successful, but so far they look good. getting that V cut is easy enough but making the cut that fits into it tightly is the most difficult part for me.
