All those little offsets will send roots down into the ground. The rosette that bloomed has died in the process of supporting the flowers and seed making.
Their life cycle is is a relative short one, 2 or 3 years, sometimes more. Once the rosette blooms she dies. But hopefully she has left offspring in the way of offsets, that will carry on her line. Lovey dubby
