Most of the rose sellers use "New" to mean new to their catalog, and in some cases, it means new in the last 2 years, but we carried it years ago and nobody was interested then.
I've also noticed most stopped listing the year of introduction.
I bought Deja Blu this year, and it has full size leaves. The blooms were decent size, and are exactly the color and form I see on the database. It was not labeled mini. There's a thread on Gardenweb about it, about how Bernardella called it a miniflora, even though it looks more like a floribunda. J&P lists it as mini on the website. I did see quite a few minis in their online catalog, some I really want.
They still owe me 6 roses from this year and they have not answered emails or calls. No way do I want bare root roses this time of year, so if they do show up, I'm asking for a refund or disputing the charge to Visa.
Remember that children, marriages, and flower gardens reflect the kind of care they get.
