Cold brew is supposed to taste smoother.
But I do not have time. I was planning on testing if I can make double-strength hot coffee in our cafetiere, then adding 50% ice-water to it to make instant-cool coffee. Might also keep a cold cup in the fridge to help (why not, we keep martini glasses in the freezer for better cocktails - priorities!).
But I like the coffee ice-cube idea, instead. Although we have no freezer space (cocktails take priority over coffee), here.
