Another way to make your blue irises appear more blue to your eye is to plant a truly royal purple iris next to it that is in the same bloom season ( that will be the real trick, and if you find one, by all means , let us know). Titans Glory, Paul Black, Dusky Challenger, etc. are very purple for example.
Weed= A flower yet to be appreciated
