Yes, Indeed it has been hot. 100+ temps are not good for plants. I've been trying to keep them watered but there is sometimes still damage. Thumb of 2012-07-02/Ridesredmule/86f751
It is so bad to go out and see these plants burned like this from the wind and heat.
We have been having tree limbs break and crash to the ground. It is so dry here, and a lot of other places. I am collecting hay that the Long ears don't eat and put it around my brugs and hope it holds the moisture in.
I do still have some Beauties still blooming, so i did something -a little right.
Painted Lady is looking great.

Delta Dawn is heating but still alive. I believe I will cut off the burnt, stunted blooms....
