This weekend, I saw a similar plant near a pond, not the same, and this cute little bird landed right next to me and was collecting the fuzz which is similar to your plant, Aleema. He wasn't afraid at all. I wish I had a better camera for that shot but it makes me want to grow it just to get these little guys in my yard.
