Joolie said: Oh here's an ad for one of my listings! I just harvested a TON of seeds from my sinningia helleri and put them in the swap today!

The plant was considered extinct until 2015, when plants were discovered about to be destroyed for construction. I've been growing it for a few years now and it's a pretty easy to grow plant and interesting as a rare species. The leaves are thick and striking - green on top and burgundy on the undersides. It grows a large tuber, too! Pretty cool.

I made five packets of approximately a TON of seeds. It's slow to germinate so I can't test the batch, but I'm pretty sure you'll get at least one plant out of the whole mess of seeds, haha.

Joolie -- is this a houseplant? It's pretty cool!
