Mamie Brown is probably my latest favorite. Thick & meaty, great flavor, very few seeds. Produced about fist size fruits, pretty pink color.
Black Krim is a better producer than Cherokee Purple for me, but the taste seems the same.
Grandpa's Cock's Plume was another that tastes good, but I grew it in a bad year so production was low.
If you like paste type for cooking, Heidi is my pick. There are a lot of negative reviews, but in our hot, humid drought, it produces like gangbusters.
And sungold is a given. Crazy prolific cherry tomatoes that produce from spring until full on winter. We've had a couple frosts and this one is still going.
