Like Larry above, I had originally refrained from buying Persian Market because of its supposed susceptibility to rust (endemic here). However, I read through the reviews here and decided to give it a chance. I bought it in the fall of 2021 and planted it in the middle of a bed based on the expected height.

It bloomed beautifully in its first year in May and also rebloomed in August. The rebloom scapes were taller than expected. This fall (2022), I moved it to the back of the bed because it was too tall for where I had it. When I did so, I noticed that it had not increased, so here it seems to be a slow increaser.

I have been been pleased with Persian Market so far, pleased enough to keep it for now. It has shown some rust, but not a large amount. I am going to keep an eye on it. The blooms are gorgeous and live up to everyone's description--color is vivid and eye-catching from across the yard. Here's a picture from its first blooming period:
