What apps are you referring to? Sounds like they could be helpful.

They have free trail and also an option how often you need to check website. I was hunting for Palatine roses and wanted to check every 30 min. Was lucky that they have opened the sale on Dec 1 and I was within trail mode. My recommendation is to highlight the whole area around your rose to monitor. Hope it's not that crazy demand.
