I would probably buy a few hectares with a nice new house and vines in southern France or Italy if money would not be an object and make a huge garden with all kinds of peonies and make my own wine ...I wish! I would rather go for a quantity with reasonably priced and proven varieties... Maybe a few new fancy ones as well to spice it up. But only after I see them in person.
