A couple of my orchids do that sometimes. It's not anything to worry about, not the result of disease or insects in any case.

You can just rinse it off under a gentle stream of warm water if it's bothersome. My orchids are all outside and get watered with the hose sprayer or an automatic mist system, so it gets rinsed off them.
