I live in zone 7a, within about a city block or two of zone 6b. I have a number of irises reputed to re-bloom, including Champagne Elegance, Daughter of Stars, Coral Chalice, and, formerly, an NOID which I think was Harvest of Memories. The latter is the only one that ever rebloomed for me and I ended up culling it because I didn't like the form, nor the very bright yellow, which I felt did not blend well in my garden. I have a lighter, non-reblooming, yellow which has much better form and blends beautifully with the other colors. Due to health reasons I cannot go out into my garden once the temperature has dropped below 60° so having late rebloomers is a waste here. I'd rather they save their bloom energy for May when I can be out there enjoying them. Having one or two late rebloomers in a garden, which by then otherwise looks totally dead is just weird.
