Sempervivum are shipped bare root. They can be out of dirt for several weeks with no real damage - if the weather isn't too hot. I'd be happy to send you some, but our weather has been so insanely hot here that they're under quite a bit of stress and not looking their best right now. If you'd really like some next spring would be the best time to send them. I also got quite a few new ones this year that haven't multiplied enough to share yet, but may be able to next year.
