Wow, thank you for all the support. I will need to learn to photograph my plants better Smiling I love looking at all of yours and see how easily this could become an obsession. They are ALL so beautiful and unique.

My dragon, Esmirelda guards the Miltonia. So far, she has kept my cat, the paph destroyer, away. Most of my few plants are in my study which has south and west windows, and I can close the door so the dog and cat do not get in unless I am there to supervise their visits, but I also like to have a plant in bloom in other rooms as well. It is set back from a west facing window, and has been doing well since I purchased it in February. Humidity (lack of) is my major concern, but I have a humidity tray and mist it in the AM. It will give me some warning if it is not happy, right?
