Click on your profile, (either your user name in your post here or the circle icon top right that has a drop down menu) On your profile page, it's the third option down "Change your account info (email, password, etc)"
(I removed your email in your post, it's never a good idea to post an email in a public forum. Spambots crawl around the internet looking for publicly displayed email addresses to harvest.)
