You may need to let them grow out a bit...

I can't really see any issue beyond the number of seeds in each planting, and the closeness of those two 'hills'.

Unless maybe you are worried about residue from the inside of the seeds still coating the cotyledons...

At my house I often start these seeds in gallon nursery pots and set them out after they get a few leaves... Makes it easier to get the spacing right.
