I am seeing an issue in my veggie garden with my cucumbes. The picture is of Lemon cucumbers. I don't have any clue what the problem could be, and I want to know what I need to do to help them.

You may need to let them grow out a bit...

I can't really see any issue beyond the number of seeds in each planting, and the closeness of those two 'hills'.

Unless maybe you are worried about residue from the inside of the seeds still coating the cotyledons...

At my house I often start these seeds in gallon nursery pots and set them out after they get a few leaves... Makes it easier to get the spacing right.

Thank you for the tips! I was worried about them turning white more and more each day too, is that normal for cucumbers until their bigger leaves grow in??

Could be fungal infection; get some bio-fungicide and treat them
It will prevent, a lot of, future problems with fungus also.

A lot of cucurbits will sprout with residue left from the seeds.

I would absolutely not add toxic stuff to my garden.

It seems like a lot of people dump dangerous chems on their gardens as some kind of intended preventative, and all they are doing?

They're destroying any chance of the natural organisms solving
issues...

I agree with Stone - I don't see anything wrong with your seedlings other than they desperately need to be thinned out. How are they looking now?

They look better and I think they are growing their adult leaves, but we still need to thin them out soon!

You need to thin them out now, not "soon"
And the best way to do so would be to carefully clip off the extras with a pair of scissors, rather than pulling them up and risking damage to the roots of the ones you plan to leave growing.
