Rainbow Mesa has been on my want list for years. I remember seeing it at his garden, as a seedling clump.

This year was the first year one of his bloomed here for the first time. Jelly Roll Morton. Big, huge UF-y raspberry red. Even with the horrible weather it was a standout. When I saw it at his place, it was still a seedling without a name. I am just a hair over five feet tall. I had to ask Sunny (Sundays here on ATP) to take a photo of it with my camera. It was so tall, I could not get a good angle on the bloom. Sunny is tall enough that she was able to get the photo for me. Thumbs up
