If only it would cool down at night. But 78* in South Texas is all we can get in August and that is around 4 am on a good night! Phew! Speaking of ponds, My thick growing anacharis and hornwort is giving my fish all the shade they need. I know there are fish under there because the food is gone. I just never see them as i know they are down in the bottom where the cooler water is. Unfortunately the Leopard Toads are in there, too. Fish is their favorite food.
Once the plant life slows down it's growth, I hope to have a few baby fish left!
