I would feel that way if our taxes were high too. Last year it was $84. Should be getting the bill for this year in about a week or 2. I don't think the property taxes have anything to do with the water since there's a specific charge for water on our utility bill, but I'm not totally sure. It seems like OK water to me, as far as tap goes. I make coffee and cook with it but get bottled for drinking.

I was wondering if plants feel as icky from 91° water as I do. Rain water even if it happens at this time of year is much cooler, probably almost 20° cooler.
