Yes I do! I have a mounted plant, hanging in full sun and it blooms for me in the Summer.

We moved into our house on April 19. 1971, the Dogwood was in FULL BLOOM then, already in flower for at least a week. In the seventies Forsythias bloomed in March, not April.
There are dates one doesn't forget, so I am not imagining it. The same Dogwood is now in bud, still has some time to go before open....our flowering trees around here bloom at least 10 -14 days later than they did about 20 -30 years ago. Yes, the climate is changing....for whatever reason.
