Susie when we had our home built here in Tucson in 1985 the county was not allowing builders to put a lawn in the front. We were forced to get gravel which I hate. I asked them to just not put the gravel down so I could plant grass but they refused so we are stuck with gravel which I have tried to make more interesting with border river rocks and potted flowers but alas it is still gravel and I do not like it.
