I have a few questions/comments about this database.

#1
I noticed that there are entries for "mixes" in the database. For example: Dreams Wildrose Mix. Do "mixes" belong in the database? This specific mix is really Dreams Burgundy, Dreams Appleblossom and Dreams Neon Rose. (This would also be the case with other annuals such as marigold and common mixes like Bolero Mix). Basically these mixes are specific varieties sold/grown together in a multi pack.

#2
Many petunias are propagated by cuttings (vegetative), such as Supertunias and Black Velvet. Should there be a data box that state propagation by seed vs. vegetative?

#3
There isn't a official category list for petunias. I have found that many suppliers of seed and/or plants do use some of these:
Category - Flower Size
Grandiflora XL 3.5" to 4.5"
Floribunda L 3" to 3.5"
Multiflora M 2" to 3"
Milliflora S 1.5" to 2"

#4
Another important plant characteristic that should be noted: Growth Habit (of the plant)
Again, no official guide, but many are described as:
Upright
Mounding
Mounding/Upright
Round
Mounding/Spreading
Trailing/Spreading

*All important for choosing the petunia for the planting location and desired look

#5
Most new hybrids are continuous and/or free-flowering. No deadheading required to initiate new bud formation. Some require deadheading, some don't. Is this something that should be noted on the plant data file?

#6
A data box for double bloom vs. single bloom

The petunia industry has changed so much in recent years. It's amazing the varieties that are available now-a-days. It was in 1995 that the first Waves were introduced.
