I would add to the other advice given, your Monstera looks healthy and happy right now. Not sure why you want to repot it now, but even if a plant is rootbound you might want to wait at least a couple weeks to let a new plant acclimate to its new environment, too much too soon can shock a new plant. You can cut aerial roots off and usually the plant will grow new air roots to attach to a new pole, might take time. There are bendable moss poles you could just add to your larger pot once you replant and train the new growth on it. They get leggy so trimming or wrapping them around poles makes them fuller.
