I was waiting to do a shoot for Pacavia when it was in peak. Then, on the ride back from the orchid society meeting I realized that if the spike broke I had no really good pics of it. So I babied it all the way home and did the shoot as a priority when I got home from work yesterday. Today, my Laelia purpurata v. carnea is starting to open! Two purpuratas at once!
I am beside myself since I always killed these! If at first you don't succeed.....
