Part 2!! We came from here: http://cubits.org/orchids/thre...
Laelia Pacavia is sending out an incredible scent to go along with her gorgeous appearance. It's fun to bloom such a showy one. Something I rarely do.

I was waiting to do a shoot for Pacavia when it was in peak. Then, on the ride back from the orchid society meeting I realized that if the spike broke I had no really good pics of it. So I babied it all the way home and did the shoot as a priority when I got home from work yesterday. Today, my Laelia purpurata v. carnea is starting to open! Two purpuratas at once! Hurray! Hurray! Hurray! I am beside myself since I always killed these! If at first you don't succeed.....

Nice Ctna!

I was tracking the spikes on my Dendrobium aggregatum and almost missed a couple of blooms on the Bulbo bicolor right in front of it. Rolling my eyes. This plant only flowers once in a blue moon for me.

Lindsey, your Cattleytonia is very bright and cheery.

Good show Ursula, it is that time of the year for apple blossoms and David Gardner is spectacular.

Another fine looking Laelia Kathy.
