Funny you say that, Anni. I was just outside a little while ago and simply stood for a while inhaling. Smells so good and I could even smell the earth. First time in a long time I could smell that deep earthy scent. We might have had about an inch of rain, but however much it was, it was heavenly.

I'm glad you've had rain this summer. It's the first time I ever realized how much rain could be missed. I swear I missed it, the feel of it, the scent of it, the sound of it. And I don't ever want to forget how necessary it truly is. I think I have been in worse shape than the plants without it.
