Beautiful pics on that thread, Kathy and Ursula. What a treat!

The big Grammatophylum scriptum, now hanging from a palm tree out in the garden, is beginning to bloom. I count 5 spikes, each 24 to 30 inches long. Not a record but not bad either. I'll be so happy to get the orchids back on the lanai where I can take care of them.
