Chicory and dandy lions are safe to eat...
bittercress is safe...

but I wouldn't want to try hawk's beard or ragwort...

Good luck, Add me to the list of people that would advise waiting for positive identification before eating....

Might need to wait for flowers to be 100%...

oriental Hawk's beard is supposed to be edible...
