Isn't it?

I also have a double decker bus one that had walkers cookies in it which my ILS brought back from a Disney trip for me. But I think I've got that in storage right now.

I love a good tin and the Brits have always made beautiful ones! I have quite a few and enjoy them so. I particularly like the ones with loads of flowers in bright colors. I also like the ones totally English: I have a phone booth and a post office mail box both red and cheery.

Always keep your eyes open when secondhand shopping. Even if you don't need it, you may find you need it! I did have to carefully flatten one part of the lid, I used the meat mallet I have (smooth side) and put the decorated side facing fabric before I flattened it out. Seems to have settled the dent someone put in without chipping way the print on the tin.

Funny the things that bring us each some happy to our days. And funny the things we each discard that others think are a treasure when found! Hah. Fine by me to always keep an eye out for something nice.

I'll be hitting the goodwill tomorrow so maybe I'll find something again. Whistling I'll keep you in mind as I look and if I find another. Green Grin!
Every gardener knows that under the cloak of winter lies a miracle ... a seed waiting to sprout, a bulb opening to the light, a bud straining to unfurl. And the anticipation nurtures our dream."
