I would plant the ones that have come through this last winter season unscathed. That might give you a much better chance of producing tougher sempervivum.
I have these and all came through with no rot. They did sustain some hail damage when the ice storm started, but are already growing new leaves from the center of the rosettes. Soon the ugly hail spots will be gone.

I did remove 2 of my LRG seedlings a few weeks ago because of rot, all the rest are solid and healthy. Some have no hail damage.
My 'Jade Blush' seedlings are very healthy, the only one that suffered from rot was the tube seedling. I did take a couple of the undamaged offsets and replant them.
